will a car fail the smog test if you don't change the oil

An the oil was dirty it did not fail by much only a little. will dirty oil cause a car not to pass the smog test. i change the spark./wires but not the oil it did not fail but by a few points on the emission sorry i dont have a donation a the moment i am low income.

So did you change the plugs and wires?If you changed the plugs what kind did you put in?Also what are the readings from the smog?Does your burn oil if so how much?
