1993 Saturn Sl1 This Automatic Transmission Speedometer Odometor Nt Reading

this has an automatic transmission.The speedometer/odometor is'nt reading and codes 26/27 are showing these are the only codes.
I have had a dealership/local garages telling all sorts of reasons for the 2 codes maybe you can clear this up for me.What part does the code refer to?Thank you

So were those engine codes or transmission codes because some of the codes duplicate for engine and transmission?For engine those codes would be quad fault and quick quad fault is that what they told you?Also do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

I pretty much think with those codes you have and the speedometer inop i know whats wrong with the car.
