where is the starter relay located?

I am wondering where the starter relay is located

You don't have a starter relay if its an automatic

Just to add this one there is a starter relay taped to the wiring loom at the base of the steering column.But they rarely go bad its usually a bad starter.Have you had the battery tested and made sure the battery cables are clean and tight?Also is it a manual or automatic transmission?Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?
