i have a 93 saturn sc2 changed fuel filter when i realized one of the three lines was broke. where do they go

need more info then just one of the three lines.Is this a vacuum line?

i dont know thats the problem. one line says out one line says in but the third has nothing on it.

The two bigger lines one is the fuel pressure feed from the fuel pump the big one is the fuel return to the pump.The small hard line is a vacuum line for the canister purge that goes back to the tank which is vacuum.Is the small line the broken one?
