cold this morning heater fan will not blown if it is a fuse how can you check. can you just pull out im used to the glass ones do not have cars malual

First thing i need to know is what is the actual year make and model of your car.Saturn only had the S model in 1993 the astra didn't come till 2008.Let me know so i can help you out.
