what made made my wipers come on by their self ? and now they will not turn off. What do i need to do now to fix this ?

usually that is a bad ground in the wiper motor and usually the fix is another motor. But if you pull the cover off the motor you may see where the wire has lost contact and is causing this. yo might try to resolder it to fix it. If not take it to a pro..
