Cranking problems

I have a 93 grand prix, when I tried to crank my car it wouldn't crank. So I thought it was the battery so I went and had it charged, and when I finally put the battery back in, it still would not crank. So could you tell me whats wrong with it.

So the battery is good?Battery cable's are clean and tight?Also do you have a multimeter or a test light to trace power?

With the key on crank, is there power at the small solenoid terminal on the starter?
