Iv got a 1993 pon gand am GT. Has the 3.3 L in it 4 door all black nice little car. But the rod bearings went, every single on of them and instead of A REBUILD. I wont to drop something ells Bigger in it. Like an 8 but I cant find any were on the internet that can tell me if an 8 would fit and what one. Also if the 3.3 transmion would line up or work. Any advice iv never done this before.

No, you can't put anything but the exact same engine that you took out. The operating system will only operate that engine.

Ok if I swich the computer and wiring harness. What motor$ tranny would be able to fit with out chan
ging the engine mounts?
