have a problem with egr silnoid got new one replaced but still comes on and says 2,3 not working so I changed ecu and still comes on and I replaced the air pump and still comes on what could it be?

well I go down the road and service engine light comes on so I put my code reader on ti and it sayes number2 and 3 egr silinoid not working

there is no code 72

73 is for the ac and 74 is for one of the solenoids.

at this point, i would ohm out the wires back to the computer. if they are ok, then it looks like a failed computer
