the cover to the box is missing. need to know were certain fuses go.. power to the cig lighter / stereo and heater air

where is the fuse box located on a 93 grand voyager

FUSES & CIRCUIT BREAKERS Fuse panel is located under the parking brake handle on the left side of the steering column.
