I have a 1993 plymouth acclaim that will start to bogg down only once its warm but if it sits for a little while it will drive fine again sound like a fuel filter? i have already changed it once but it was at the very end of the tank could i have ruined the new filter?

no, i would start with a fuel pressure check.

check the timing belt for wear. how long since you changed it??
