1993 Peugeot 306 Peugoet Xn 14 Petrol Engine Morning Engine Still Cold Lacks

I have a 1993 peugoet 306 xn with a 14 petrol engine. In the morning when the engine is still cold it lacks power and dont accelerate. Then I try to choke the engine and it will turn off.
Do you think it has something to do with the coil?

check fuel pressure first, we have no other info on these cars.
