1993 olds ninty eight regency elite. Heater fan only works when it wants to. Was told it was a relay which is located under the dash on passagner side. I have touch control on dash and on stering wheel. Where can I find information on what this looks like and a diagram of the part and proper hook up.
Thanks
Fay

My info says you access the blower motor from under the hood, start there. With key on, hvac on, check for voltage and ground at the blower motor wiring connector. If you have good voltage and ground, with no blower action, suspect the blower motor. Have you done any voltage testing?

Just to add, in the diagram, see the blower motor on the left. Purple wire should be voltage, black wire is ground.
