1993 Oldsmobile 98 Blower Continues Run After Ignition Turned Off Suspect

my blower continues to run after ignition is turned off. I suspect a faulty blower motor relay or control module but I don't know where each is located.

check blower resistor as it may be shorted to power.

it is under the hood right side by the ac dryer
