my dashboard is not functioning (light indicators, speedometer, fuel and temperature gauges, turn lights) except for the hazard and dashboard back light. already checked the fuses and every single one is fine. how can i fix this?

How did you check the fuses? Were the fuses tested for battery voltage?
When hazatrd lights were turned on, do the dash indicators flash as well?

You would need a test light or DVOM to continue with testing.
