I have a 1993 Nissan NX2000.

My car won't start. No dash lights come on when I turn the key, the radio doesn't come on, etc... But I can turn on the headlights just fine. The battery has power. I replaced the ignition switch (It needed to be replaced anyways) but still have the same problem. I checked all of the fuses I could find and none of them were blown, but I just KNOW this is a blown fuse somewhere. What should I be looking for?

Inspect and test the fusible links and also recheck the ignition switch

It was, indeed, the fusible link. The one for the ignition switch was blown. I pulled the fusible link from the power windows (Which I don't have) which was also a 30 amp and replaced the ignition switch one and VROOOM. Immediate startup.
