My car has began sputtering and losing power I checked the spark plugs and wires they seem to be fine and also changed the ignition coil which helped the acceleration but it still putters at any speed. What do you think this could be?

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.

Thanks for the response I am narrowing it down I think. I have replaced:
Cap and rotor
Spark plugs and wires
Ignition coil
now I am gonna check the Mass airflow sensor. Wish me luck
