My truck has a misfire, loses power going up hill and bogs down to almost shuts off when I push the accelerator to the floor. I have changed the mass air flow sensor, O2 sensor, spark plugs and wires. I don't know what else it could be.

I changed the throttle position sensor today and the exhause is clear except for a leak at a flange. Nothing changed, except I noticed that my air intake box where my air filter is has a high pitch whistling sound when the engine is revved. I'm at a loss.
