Mitshubishi wont start

I have a mitsubishi space wagon 1993. First I had the light ''check engine'' on, but now wont startup andt that light is on. What is the problem some sensors?

The light is an indication that ther is a set fault code in the ECU, you must first get a scan done, the unique code will be an indicator to what is wrong, get the code and re post.
