Here is an exploded view of the rear brakes.
The rotor is not a complete unit with the bearing. It could be stuck at the central part due to rust. Spray some rust penetrant around th ring and use a hammer to tap the rotor between the lug nuts and if it loosens, you can remove it. If it is too stubborn, use 2 pcs of m10 bolts to tighten into the 2 threaded holes to press the rotor out.
Remember to ensure the parking brake shoes are not binding to prevent the rotor from coming off. Back off the adjuster if necessary.
