I've noticed that my car is stuck in 3rd gear, (Limp Home Mode), I have changed the transmission fluid, and filter, as well as clean the pan. Driven it for a while and still no change. I've read that the codes clear once the negative post is removed, which I've done. It appears that once the car starts, it goes right back into limp mode. I have checked, fuses and relays all are good. I'm lost. Help?

You will have to get a scan to see if any fault codes are set, the problem will be internal so a visit to a trans specialist may also help, not a lot I can do with this one, you need to have it checked first hand.
