car won't idle on its own

My 93 mitsubishi 300 won't idle on it's own below 1000rpms-idle control sensor just cleaned.After drove a while,it will idle,but after restarted,you have to manually keep the rpms up to stay running.

Check and test the idle speed controller and EGR valve to include the throttle position sensor-

how about the maf sensor? I had that problem on mine but it could be that
