Hello! I am a woman. I know NOTHING about cars. Lol. But we bought the car in february. Since then have replaced the altenator, the brake pads, the passenger caliper and now the starter. I paid a guy to put the starter in about a week ago. He then tells me that it still wont start. Thats its turning over now but wont start. And he thinks its the fuel pump, so they bring it back to my house and my dad looked in the owner book and saw that you could press the button on the left side on the trunk and it would start. Low and behold my car was running again! Running smooth as ever but the sound of it turning over wasnt the same as it used to be. Ran good for 2 days and now I just went to get in it and it wont start. My battery is fine all my light come on but there is NOTHING. No click no turning over no nothing. Someone please help me out and give me some advice or tell me what you think it might be. Thank you!

The electrical circuit will have to be troubleshooted to find the problem and since you admit to having no ability there, my technical advice would be pretty worthless. I suggest bring it back to the guy that did the starter because it may have gone bad.

I dont want to take it back to him though becuase he was about to charge me 150 plus 100 for the fuel pump. And I didnt even need it. Or at least I think I dont. Because if it was the fuel pump it wouldnt of started after I pushed the button in the trunk. Right?

I'm afraid you are going to need someone to look at it and if it turns out to be a starter, the first guy will be responsible.

Well, I just went out and started it and it started up! I havea half tank of gas in there but when I turned it on my gas light was on. Then it went back up to half a tank slowly. That was REALLY weird.

You may still have a bad fuel pump or it could be something totally unrelated. It needs to be diagnosed properly. You said earlier that it wasn't cranking so that is why I suggested starter may be bad again.
