The cars vibrates every time when it shift from 1st to 2nd around 20mph and sometimes around at speeds of 40-50 mph so I don't know what it is. I wonder if it needs a special transmission since its o/d or any oil is OK.

1993 to 1995 had a tsb for rough shifting you have to drain tranny and change filter then change fluid to semi or full synthetic and that should solve your problem, worked great on my 94
