How do i check the heater fan motor. I already have it out of truck.need to know if fan motor is broken

If it as just two terminals for positive and negative. Just take two long wires and connect them to those terminals at the motor. Then touch them to the battery. Of course watch your placement of your fingers and rings on them. Just touch quickly to see if the motor spins.
