I have smoke out the tail pipe

car hesitates and jumps ahead while driving car was idle for almost 2 years. do i need a fuel pump or fuel filter, while driving fuel does not get to engine, smoke black comes out of tail pipe.

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its within specs-Black smoke indicates a too rich mixture-check injector/fuel pressure regulator
