Is this being caused by an interlock switch or maybe a leak?

My clutch was on the floor after a cold night. After bleeding it it started as usual but had the same problem the next day that could not be resolved by the same means. What could be causing this?

Have you needed any fluid in the reservoir? (Excluding what you bled out)

Hadn't had to add any fluid other than what I bled out. Not the peddle has a whole lot of play in it before it engages like the clutch isn't disengaging completely.
