the bulb is in a rubber casing that i cannot remove

Hi I am trying to change the low beam headlight bulb on the drivers side & cannot work out how to get to the bulb it is very difficult to access?

We don't have the information on this vehicle in our references/database is to the removal/installation of the headlight bulb-sorry
