Cylinders 2 and 4 miss

My truck was running well but I know it needed a tune up and the check engine light was on so I took it to a shop that I tow cars to, to have them diagnose it I got it back and 2 and 4 are miss firing now I have no clue as to what they did. And im getting spark and fuel. Any suggestions??
