my 93 lexus sc400 like it wont idle it while try to crank it but everytime i do but wont crank unless i gibe i gas and when i give it gas it starts up and runs but when it get below 1000rpm it shuts off im able to drive as long as i keeep it above 1000rpm

You have a fault with the idling system and it could be due to vacuum leakages, faulty IAC etc.

Is the Check Engine Light indicating and have you tried to retrieve for trouble codes?
