Harmonic balance came off crankshaft pulley

Harmonic balance came off crankshaft pulley. Will I need a puller to change this out or can I just take it off by the bolt on crankshaft pulley?

You need a puller, according to my info.

I am no rookie just American car experiance not Toyota. Looking at front everything is plastic not metal, insofar as timing cover and it appearsits its in 3 pieces. What puzzles me the most is that it leaks even when not running.

The front crankshaft seal is in the oil pump. Could be a bad seal?
