I'm really not sure on milage but the car just.

I'm really not sure on milage but the car just stopped working when my daughter was on freeway. And it's been about a month now that it sits. This is what I no I put a new battary it cranks on but wont stay started but I was looking at the box under the hood and the relays and I don't see a relay for the fuel pump and before I noticed this there was a fuse blowen so I put a new one in and it blew right when I put it in there can all this problem be related and if I get that relay in there for the fuel pump u think that would of been the problem? I need some kind of help on this. But like I said she was driving this car for a few days before it broke or if somebody took out that relay for the fuel pump how long after it was taken out would it work for?
