1993 Lexus ES 300 starts wont stau running

My 1993 Lexus es 300 starts but won't stay running it did befor I cleaned the iac now. If well I'm starting it it comes on hit the gas nothing shuts off won't idle turns over fine starts but don't stay running.

What did you use to clean the IAC? Also, have you checked for vacuum leaks?

NOTE: I just responded to another post where the car would idle but nothing else. Is this the same vehicle? If so, I'm not sure what the problem is. One says it wont idle and the other says it idles but wont rev. Please advise.
