1993 Lexus ES 300 Electrical

My moonroof, power seats, windows and gas tank coved stopped working.I've looked at my fuses and they all seem to look ok. The fuse panel does not indicate or identify a specific fuse or relay. What could this be?

You need to test them. Looks can be deceiving.

I've tested the fuses and replaced them but nothing changed. When I press the master door lock switch I can hear the relay clicking in the car but nothing works.

You would have to perform further tests to find out what is wrong and I would suggest starting with checking for power to the switches.
