I drive a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and it keeps running hot the thermostat was taking out but it still runs hot.

You need to put a new thermostat in. With no thermostat, the coolant will circulate through the radiator too quickly and that will prevent the coolant from cooling sufficiently.

Get it block and pressure tested if the water pump and radiator checks out-could also be airlock
