My 93 Isuzu Space Cab lost some power and picked up a slight knock in the engine. when it's idoling it sounds like a bad plug but i replaced them, the wires, fuel filter, and some hose line. What else could it be. Save me please.

If it has a dead miss and you have tuned it up, check fuel pump pressure. Also, continue checking for vacuum leaks. Also, make sure the plug wires are on the correct cylinders. You may need to check engine compression too if no other problems are found.
