Concern about metal collar on original and none on replacement?

there ia a metal collar on the drive shaft and also on the rear seal area of the trans. these slide into one another and the seal is inside i just have not had any luck finding the correct seal for this application. showing on side of trans aisan 03-72L

Yes looked around only place dealer will need to be ordered
