93 infinity g20 dies when i push in the clutch

when i was between gears and the clutch depressed the idle would drop until the car died. I parked and let the car sit for 25min. When i started it again it idled out of gear just fine and in gear just fine. after that i parked and let the car sit for 25 min. When i started it again it idled, but it was at 850rpm.

Have the computer scanned for code/s and also check the idle air control valve , MAF and TPS sensors
