Replaced oil pan gasket on my Huyndai using RTV sealant on the cork gasket. The tube of RTV states it will be fully cured in 24 hours, do I need to wait that long before driving or, will the heat finish the drying process?

You can drive it immediately. RTV, (room temperature vulcanizing), gasket sealer cures in the presence of moisture, (humidity), not heat. These sealers are regularly used with no cork gasket or any other gasket material, and mechanics don't have time to let cars sit in the shop waiting for it to cure.
