Speedometer not functioning are usually due to a fault with the Vehicle Speed Sensor or its circuit.

The sender wire is Yellow/White

I replaced the VSS and didn't work still, then I checked the voltage using a multimedia and gave no power at all. Now I know its a wire itself or a circuit that is fried, can you give me the diagram for the wires of the VSS? I know 1.)Ground 2.) 12v 3.) 5v

The colors are

1. Black = Ground
2. Black/Yellow = Dash fuse # 23 ( 12 V supply)
3. Orange = Meter

I have attached the diagnostic procedures which explains what wire to look for.
