bad cooling fan relay not 3 weeks old

i have a 1993 honda prelude 2.2 DOHC i just replaced my cooling fan relay 3 weeks ago and it went bad why would it go out so fast

Are you sure its a nad relay again and not a loose connection or wire issue somewhere?

How do you know its bad? Test and confirm it-could be the coolant temperature sensor/switch, circuit to it and the computer
