my external wastgate is not working in my honda.but i dont no, my turbo is working just no boost, and ware my turbo to my muffler there is a gap from the bolts being broken off, is it my wastgate?

Without performing test it is not possible to to determine what is causing the loss of boost. It could be the turbines , pressure leakages and the waste gate not closing or loeaking.
