I have a 93 honda civic, 1.5. It will not start seems like a fuel issue. We have changed fuel filter. OE.280000 miles. Need to move to next step. Isnt receiving fuel to filter and can not hear pump at all. New cap and roter, plugs are platnum and in good shape. Coil inside dist has been changed as well. Wires are good. Symptoms are. Wont start now. Final step in issue.1st when engine is hot towards the end started dying while driving. Seemed like pressure issue. Sit about 10 minutes and then it would start. Would start and if it died it would only crank. Would wait and then start it no problem.

If suspect a fuel issue, use a gage and check fuel pressure. If no pressure, check voltage and ground at the pump, engine cranking. Are there any applicable trouble codes? Have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs.

More likely a fault with the PGM-FI main relay. Have it checked for bad soldered joints. Resoldering the cirrcuit board should be sufficient.
