i only changed the passenger side brakes on my manual transmission honda accord 93 now the driver side tire is seized up i didnt bleed passenger side brakes how or what can be going on help

When changing brake pads, they should be done at the same time to ensure they are equal and would last as long as each barring unwarranted problems. It is not necessary to bleed brake systems when changing pads.

Since the driver side is seized, you need to check if it is the caliper, brake hose or slider bolts that is causing the problem.
