1993 Honda Accord Car is not starting

The engine was running a little rough while driving in town but on the freeway did real well. It was having trouble going up hills also. I have replaced the battery because the one I had was no good. I was at a stop sign getting ready to go when it just died and now it will not start. It will crank but will not turn over it. It does have a full tank of gas I filled it about 15 minutes before it went out on me

you have to start with the basics of finding out if it is sparks that is missing or anything else.
