After the engine warms up (seems like the idle is kind of high when warming up) then the engine will run high to low and continue to do that. How do I figure out which sensor it is

It sounds like either a vacuum leak or the idle air control valve. Check for both.

I have replaced all vacuum hoses but not the idle air control valve. I will try that next thank you
