Speedo reading incorrect

1993 HOLDEN APOLLO

I own a holden apollo 93 with v6 motor , it is automatic . The speedo is reading 80 klms when I am actualy doing 100 kph . The tyers are 205-65-15. any suggegstions please as the speedo needle is smoth in its operation. Thanks Paul

Tire size seems a little small is that OEM size?
