1993 Gmc Sonoma Truck Starts Runs Until Warmed Will Run Stop Let Engine Idle

The truck starts and runs until warmed up and will run until I stop or let the engine idle, it will die and takes a lot of cranking to re-start. I noticed the oil pressure is dropping as the truck warms up. I have changed the oil and filter and it did not help.
