1993 Gmc S15 Changed Spark Plugs Wires Distribitor Cap Roter Fuel Pump

i changed the spark plugs, wires, distribitor cap and roter. fuel pump and filter, rebuilt the efi carb, my jimmy keeps spitting and spuddering and blowing white smoke out the exhaust. i found a vacuum line that was running into the passanger side finder but looked around to find a place fpr it to hook up to and cant find nothing.

white smoke is an indication of a blown head gasket from overheating/ have it verified to be sure
