engine light came on and when i stopped

I have a 93 gmc jimmy coming back from town my engine light came on and when i stopped it wont idle and if i dont push on the throttle when i try to start it it wont start any ideas

when i passed a car coming up the hill the eng lite came on right after that and now wont idle and very hard to start just replaced the injector spider about two weeks ago
